An old storyboard I did when I wanted real badly to work on Dreamworks Dragons. Theres a position open for a storyboarder for the show, but im gonna lay back since im in college and practice some more technique before i apply for any kind of job like that.

The idea for this particular page was an episode in which Hiccup and Toothless discover a new dragon species rare to berk, the Dreamserpent. Legend has it that it will deliver either good dreams or nightmares depending on how evil the host's soul is. The dragon can also travel in time! It is said to have a completely transparent body, but no visible organs of any sort. In their encounter with the Dreamserpent, Hiccup quickly discovers that it needs help trying to find something it lost in the time realm. But when the dragon leads him into a futuristic and chaotic Berk where he and the dragons no longer exist , things take an interesting turn of direction.

I love your art style and would love to see the rest of the story, but I can't see this plot ever being part of the HTTYD franchise because the creaters said there is no magic in the movie version of HTTYD which why the dragons don't talk, but l still love your idea it's really cool and I'd totally watch it if it were turned into an episode in the HTTYD TV series.

Wow this is a bit radical but I bet this would be better than any sequel story that they would come up with if they decide to "milk" the franchise.
